Refund and Cancellation Policy

Marketixpro offers digital marketing and website development services, primarily operating on a Business-to-Business (B2B) model. All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR), and Goods & Services Tax (GST) will be charged in addition to the quoted amount. Invoices will be generated as per the payment schedule, only after receiving the monthly or milestone payments.

No Refunds in Normal Conditions

Our services do not attract any refund or return under normal conditions. However, refunds may be considered in specific cases as outlined in this policy. If clients are dissatisfied with our services, they may opt out by notifying us without prior notice, though any advance payments made for services are strictly non-refundable. No refunds will be provided after opting out from services already availed. Refunds will only be initiated under the conditions mentioned below.

General Conditions for Refund Eligibility

A refund will only be processed under the following conditions:

  1. Service Cancellation within Two Hours:
    If the partner/client/user/business cancels the service within two hours of payment and provides a valid reason for cancellation. Cancellations based on invalid or baseless reasons will not attract a refund.
  2. Service Not Initiated:
    If the service requested by the client is not initiated by our team within 30 days of payment. However, if the client requests a hold on the service after payment, no refund will be initiated.
  3. Duplicate Payment:
    In cases where a payment is duplicated due to a transaction failure, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
  4. Unused Ad Spend:
    Any amount paid for Google Ads or Facebook paid ad campaigns that has not yet been utilized by our team can be refunded after deducting applicable charges. However, any amount already paid to Google or Facebook is non-refundable.
  5. Account Overdue Policies:
    • If your account is overdue by 7 days, all technical support will be rescinded.
    • If your account is overdue by 14 days, your website and related services will be suspended.
    • If your account is overdue by 30 days, your website and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
  6. Non-Cancellable Special Offers:
    No cancellations are allowed for services purchased under special offers or promotional packages. These limited-time offers are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Situations

The following circumstances do not qualify for refunds:

  1. Third-Party Services:
    Any amount paid for third-party services (e.g., hosting, domains, software licenses) will not be refunded.
  2. Paid Ad Campaigns:
    Any amount already spent on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or any other paid advertising platforms is non-refundable.
  3. Purchases for Service Execution:
    Any amount spent on purchases necessary for service delivery (such as tools, stock images, etc.) is non-refundable.
  4. Taxes:
    Any amount paid for GST or any other tax liability will not be refunded.

Payment Terms

  1. All payments, including setup costs and retainers, must be made by the 5th of every month (or a mutually agreed-upon milestone date) via cheque, bank transfer, or credit card, as per the invoices raised in advance.
  2. Non-payment beyond the due date will result in suspension of services. After 10 days of non-payment, all Google Ads keywords will be deleted. If non-payment extends to 30 days, all associated websites and data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
  3. Any issues related to online payment failures must be reported to Marketixpro and the bank within 3 days of the transaction. Complaints filed after 3 days may not yield a favorable outcome.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
